Shipping Policy


Order Processing&Delivery Time

We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). For standard shipping within the U.S., most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days after being placed as well as UK.

In rare cases, order processing might take a little longer due to high demand or special circumstances. If this happens, we’ll clearly notify you either on our website or via email after your purchase.

You can expect your package to arrive within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, based on the shipping method you selected. If your order hasn’t arrived by that time, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@bambre.com.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Tracking links typically become active within 24 hours. Carriers usually update tracking info once every 24 hours.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the use of a specific shipping carrier—this may vary depending on your location and shipping option.


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Make sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items when submitting your claim.


Responsibility for Packages

Once your order has been shipped and you receive your shipment confirmation, all responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. This includes delivery delays, losses, or damage in transit.

If you need to report a lost package, please do so within 30 days of the shipment date. All concerns about delivery status should be directed to the carrier handling your shipment.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping information, please email support@bambre.com right away. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once your order has entered the fulfillment process.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
