Returning Unopened Products
We’re happy to accept returns on items that are still sealed in their original packaging and are returned within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
If you’d like to return a device, please make sure the security seals on the product box are completely intact—we’re unable to process returns or issue refunds for opened items due to hygiene and safety standards.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A small processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return handling.

If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (where applicable).

Reason for the return

Clear, well-lit photos of the item(s) showing the seals are unbroken. If the package itself hasn’t been opened, you may send a photo of the unopened shipping package.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order
If your order arrives with any issues—such as damage during transit or an unusual manufacturing defect—please email us at support@bambre.com. Be sure to include:

To help us assist you more effectively, please hold on to all items and packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Please report any product damage or defect within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to find a solution quickly. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
As outlined in our Terms of Service, we are not liable for any personal health choices or harm resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including regular wear and tear or improper maintenance.
