About Bambre

Bambre is a nicotine-free, tobacco-free flavored air inhaler for adults. You draw air through a small botanical flavor core. There is no smoke, no vapor, no combustion, and no battery.

Bambre is not a smoking-cessation product or a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is simply a flavor-based breathing ritual that some adults enjoy as part of their day.
It is a different kind of product by design. A cigarette burns tobacco and produces smoke; a vape heats liquid into an aerosol and often contains nicotine. Bambre does neither — no heating, no battery, no combustion, no smoke or vapor, and no nicotine or tobacco. It is not a vape, not a cigarette, and not a medical product.
Each replaceable core uses food-grade aromatic ingredients and botanical essential-oil blends, chosen for a simple sensory experience. There is no nicotine, tobacco, tar, or e-liquid.
Click a flavor core into the reusable body, then draw a slow breath through the mouthpiece. That is it — no charging, no lighting, no buttons.
A core typically lasts about 3–5 days with regular use and swaps in seconds when the aroma fades.
Bambre comes in seven blends: Black Pepper, Mint, Raspberry, Cinnamon, Coffee, Mango, and Peach.
Bambre is for adult use only (21+). Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Stop use if you feel any discomfort. If you have known allergies to natural oils, experience throat irritation, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before use.
Ordering

Orders & payment

As soon as your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can also track it through the tracking link on our site.
Cancellation requests are reviewed manually by our team. Email support@bambre.com with your order number and reason as soon as possible, and we will do our best to stop it before it ships. Once an order enters fulfillment (picking, packing, and labeling), cancellation may no longer be possible.
Check that your billing address matches your card, and that the card number, CVV, and expiry date are all correct. Confirm there are no holds with your card issuer. Clearing your browser cache, or trying another browser, card, or payment method such as PayPal or Apple Pay, can also help.
Contact support@bambre.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, though we cannot guarantee the change in time. Our team will work with you to find the best solution.
Shipping

Delivery & tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 7–12 business days after being placed. Tracking links usually become active within 24 hours of shipping.
We ship from fulfillment centers in different regions based on your destination, for faster delivery. For any questions about your shipment, email support@bambre.com.
We are sorry for the trouble. Please contact our support team via the chat icon in the bottom-right corner or at support@bambre.com, and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
Returns

Returns & refunds

We accept returns on unopened items still sealed in their original packaging within 30 days of shipment. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a small processing fee is deducted to cover return handling. To start a return, email support@bambre.com with your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos showing the seals are intact. Once your return arrives back to us, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be issued.
