As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number—so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

You can also log in to your account on bambre.com to access the tracking information directly.

Please note that requesting a cancellation does not automatically stop your order. All cancellation requests must be reviewed and processed manually by our customer service team.

If you wish to cancel your order, email us at support@bambre.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our team will do everything possible to process your request before the order is shipped.

We aim to handle cancellations as quickly as possible. However, once your order enters the fulfillment stage—which includes picking items, packing them, and preparing the shipping label—it may no longer be possible to cancel.

If your payment didn’t go through, here are a few things you can check:

1.Confirm that your billing address matches the one associated with your card

2.Double-check that the card number is entered correctly

3.Verify that the CVV code is accurate

4.Make sure the expiration date is correct and the card hasn’t expired

5.Check with your card issuer to ensure there are no holds or restrictions on your account

6.Try clearing your browser’s cache/history or using a different browser or device

We recommend reviewing all the payment details to ensure everything is accurate and that your card is active and unrestricted. If the issue persists, you may want to try a different card or use an alternative payment option such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or another supported method.

While we’ll do our best to update the details before your order is processed and shipped, we can’t guarantee the change will be made in time. That said, our team will work closely with you to find the best solution and make sure your package gets to you.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. You’ll see an estimated timeframe at checkout based on your selection.

The delivery estimate provided includes both the time needed to process and prepare your order as well as the actual shipping time. For standard shipping within the U.S., most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days after being placed as well as UK. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available during checkout in certain areas.

To provide fast and efficient delivery, we ship orders from fulfillment centers located in different regions based on the destination country provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t actually arrived, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team. We're here to help and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Returning Unopened Products
We’re happy to accept returns on items that are still sealed in their original packaging and are returned within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

If you’d like to return a device, please make sure the security seals on the product box are completely intact—we’re unable to process returns or issue refunds for opened items due to hygiene and safety standards.

Note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A small processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return handling.

If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (where applicable).

To begin a return for unopened items, simply contact our support team at support@bambre.com with the following information:

Your order number

Reason for the return

Clear, well-lit photos of the item(s) showing the seals are unbroken. If the package itself hasn’t been opened, you may send a photo of the unopened shipping package.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order
If your order arrives with any issues—such as damage during transit or an unusual manufacturing defect—please email us at support@bambre.com. Be sure to include:

Your order number

A detailed description of the problem

Photos clearly showing the issue or defect

To help us assist you more effectively, please hold on to all items and packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Please report any product damage or defect within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to find a solution quickly. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

As outlined in our Terms of Service, we are not liable for any personal health choices or harm resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including regular wear and tear or improper maintenance.
